Each client payment carries a processing fee. It covers the card processing, so nothing else comes out of the payment, and your client only ever sees your price. You connect your own Stripe account and you are the merchant of record. Charges are made in your business's name, so a client's statement shows you, not us. Payouts reach your bank on Stripe's normal schedule for your country. There is no ProCoach balance in between and no withdraw button, because your money never sits with us. Before you send a request, the request screen shows the processing fee and what you will receive, so the payout is never a surprise. You charge in one currency, set when you activate payments and taken from your Stripe account. ProCoach never converts between currencies. Payment requests can be one-off or set to repeat monthly. A repeating request re-issues itself each cycle until you stop it, and an unpaid cycle expires rather than stacking up.
