How does ProCoach pricing work?
ProCoach charges one flat price per plan, never per client: Free covers up to 3 clients, Starter is $29/month billed annually ($39 month-to-month) for up to 15 clients, and Growth is $58/month billed annually ($79 month-to-month) for unlimited clients.
The plan sets a ceiling, not a meter. Coaching 14 clients on Starter costs the same as coaching 2, and signing your fifteenth does not change the bill. There is no per-client charge at any tier.
The Free plan is a plan, not a trial. It does not expire, and it includes training plans, check-ins, messaging and the client app for up to 3 clients.
Annual billing is charged once a year: $349.99 for Starter and $699.99 for Growth, which is where the $29 and $58 effective monthly figures come from. Month-to-month is $39 and $79.
Your clients never pay ProCoach anything. The client app is free on iOS and Android, on every plan including the free one.
Gyms and teams are priced separately, because a Space with several coaches is a different shape from a solo roster. Write to hi@procoachapp.ai and we will size it.
