How much does ProCoach cost?
ProCoach has three plans: Free for up to 3 clients, Starter at $29/month billed annually ($39 month-to-month) for up to 15 clients, and Growth at $58/month billed annually ($79 month-to-month) with unlimited clients.
Does ProCoach charge per client?
No. Pricing is flat — every plan is one price regardless of how many clients you coach within its limit. There are no per-client fees.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan supports up to 3 clients with training plans, check-ins, messaging and the client app included.
Do my clients pay anything?
No — the client app is free for clients on iOS and Android.
Are there fees on client payments?
ProCoach adds no platform fee on client payments. Only Stripe's standard payment processing fees apply.
