Common questions
01How do personal trainers take payments in ProCoach?
Connect a Stripe account once, then send a payment request from the client's profile. The client pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay inside the app.
02What fee does ProCoach take?
Each client payment carries a processing fee. It covers the card processing, so nothing else comes out of the payment, and your client only sees your price. You see the exact fee before you send each request.
03Can I charge monthly coaching fees?
Yes. A recurring request repeats each cycle automatically, and you can stop the chain at any time.
04When do I get the money?
Payouts go to your own Stripe account on Stripe's normal schedule for your country. There is no ProCoach balance in between.
05Which currencies are supported?
You charge in your account's own currency, set when you activate payments. There is no currency conversion applied by ProCoach.
