How do Spaces work for gyms and teams?
A Space lets a gym, studio or club put several coaches and staff on one shared roster, each with a role that controls what they can see and do.
Clients belong to the Space. A client's plans, history and conversation stay with the business when a coach moves on.
Roles decide access, so a front-desk member of staff and a head coach do not see the same things.
Any coach in the Space can work with a Space client, and the profile shows who assigned what.
Team pricing is separate from the individual plans, because the shape of the need is different. Write to hi@procoachapp.ai.
