# Coaching software for sports teams and academies
ProCoach is sports team coaching software: shared training plans, team spaces with roles, athlete tracking and communication for coaches who run squads, not just single clients.
Program training for the whole squad, track every athlete's performance, organise your staff and run sessions from one Space. Every athlete gets one app.

_Updated August 2026_
## What you get
- **Program the whole squad** — Build training blocks once and assign them across the team in seconds, with AI helping you draft.
- **Performance tracking** — Personal records, lift history and progress live on every athlete's profile, so you see who is improving and who needs attention.
- **Staff and roles** — Head coach, assistants and staff work in one shared Space with the right access for each role.
- **Sessions and team calendar** — Schedule team sessions, small groups and 1-on-1s from one weekly calendar.
- **Team feed and accountability** — Athletes log their work, coaches see it in the feed, and automated check-ins catch whoever goes quiet.

## Questions
### Does ProCoach work for sports teams, not just gyms?
Yes. A Space fits any coaching group: teams, clubs and academies. Staff share the workspace, athletes get the app, and programming and performance tracking work the same way.
### Can several coaches manage the same team?
Yes. Add your assistant coaches and staff to the Space and set a role for each.
### Can athletes see their progress?
Yes. Athletes see their workouts, personal records and progress in their own app, which keeps them engaged between sessions.
### What does it cost for a team?
Plans are flat, not per athlete. Growth is $58/mo billed annually with unlimited athletes. For bigger clubs, write to hi@procoachapp.ai.
