# What does the AI in ProCoach actually do?
Two things: it drafts training and nutrition plans from a brief you give it, and it estimates calories and macros from a photo or voice description of a client's meal — and a coach edits and approves anything a client sees.
A draft is a starting point, not a plan. You describe the goal, the training days and the equipment, and you get something to edit rather than a blank page.
Meal analysis is an estimate, close enough to steer adherence. A client can correct any item, and the corrected numbers are what get logged.
Client allergies are checked against generated nutrition before it is assigned.
AI is included in the plan you already pay for, with fair-use limits rather than a per-use charge.
Client data is used to deliver the feature, not to train models.
