# How do training plans work in ProCoach?
A plan is built as blocks, weeks and days, each day holding sections of exercises with sets, reps, RPE and rest — and loads set as a percentage resolve to each client's own working weight.
The structure exists so a twelve-week programme is one document rather than twelve. Blocks carry weeks, weeks carry days, days carry sections.
Prescribe a load as a percentage of a client's 1RM, 5RM or 10RM and each athlete sees their own number. You write the programme once and it fits whoever you assign it to.
Supersets and circuits are grouped, and the client app walks the round in the right order rather than leaving them to work it out.
Any plan can be saved as a template and reused. That is the point of building carefully once.
Clients log what they actually lifted, so you can see the prescription and the performance side by side.
