# AI that drafts. You still coach.
ProCoach is personal trainer software with AI built in: it drafts training plans from your brief, estimates calories and macros from a client's meal photo, and leaves every result editable by the coach before a client sees it.
AI writes the first version of a plan and reads your clients' meal photos. You edit, approve and take the credit, because the judgment is still yours.

## What you get
- **Plans from a brief** — Say the goal, the training days and the equipment. AI returns a full draft plan you can edit line by line.
- **Meal photos to macros** — Clients photograph a meal and AI estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat against their targets.
- **Voice logging** — Clients can describe what they ate out loud when a photo is not practical.
- **You approve everything** — Nothing AI produces reaches a client until you have read it and made it yours.
- **Allergen safety checks** — Client allergies are checked against generated nutrition before anything is assigned.
- **Included, not an add-on** — AI plan building and meal photo analysis come with the plan you already pay for.
- **Readiness, scored daily** — Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV from the client's own watch resolve into one score with a plain-language verdict, so a hard day is a decision and not a guess.
## Pricing
- Included AI is in the plan, not an upsell
- Editable every AI draft is yours to change
- Photo to macros in seconds, from the client's phone
## Questions
### What does the AI actually do in ProCoach?
Two things: it drafts training plans from the brief you give it, and it estimates calories and macros from a photo or voice description of a client's meal.
### Does AI replace the coach?
No. AI produces a draft. The coach reviews, edits and assigns it, and clients only ever see what the coach approved.
### Is the AI an extra cost?
No. AI plan building and meal photo analysis are included in ProCoach plans, with fair use limits.
### How accurate is meal photo analysis?
It is an estimate, and it is close enough to steer adherence. Clients can correct any item, and the corrected numbers are what get logged.
### Is client data used to train AI models?
No. Client data is used to deliver the feature, not to train models, and health data is never used for advertising.
